Here are a few ways that have helped me in the past that almost anyone can do immediately. There more difficult and advanced exercises I won’t be posting, as they’d be hard to explain, for example, the reason your vibe is off is important, if related to trauma, then certain modalities of therapy would help more than exercises on your non verbal communications.
Vipassana meditation is a huge help, but I’m not very knowledgeable on that. Karea gave me advice on this, I believe he’s written about the benefits of meditation before.

- Start acting classes. (Looking for a legit one)
- Already taking Improv classes, 2 hours a week.
- Talk on the phone with girls every day to practice tonality.
- Find a closer dancing class. (Already doing this, just need to find a closer one)
- Find a closer singing class. (Already doing this, just need to find a closer one)
- Record myself walking and post it up.
- Record myself talking and using certain openers and routines and stories and work on.
- Take more pictures once I get a couple more full outfits together.
