Introduction

Hey all,
GirlsChase has really changed me a lot, I went from a total bitter person to someone new, with great confidence, social knowledge and motivation..
So I wanted to put up a post which would benefit everyone that wants to benefit from it.

So let's talk about nutrition!
I bet most of the people think nutrition is only used by bodybuilders, but it can enhance your confidence too, make you less often ill, sleep better, being more energized, motivated, enhance your sex drive and even make your testosterone levels higher!

Alright, as nutrition is a pretty large subject I'll start with some basic stuff which you could use next time you do your shopping.

Enhancing your meals - better health
I think a lot of people know about the fact that there is much toxic waste in most of our meals, we go to a mart, buy some microwaveable meals because they're quick without knowing what exactly is in it. Yes there is a big list of ingredients on the back, but still.. What is all this stuff with unpronounceable names?
The truth is that in most of the modern countries put all sort kind of chemicals to enhance our food, without knowing the side effects it might cause with one of the worst:
  • - Cancer
    - Alzheimer disease
    - .. And most of the other auto-immune diseases but also a lot of genetic diseases can be passed on when your nutrition is bad

But also:
  • - Hair loss
    - Chronic coughing
    - Unstable hormone system (which is also tied to confidence, motivation, ..)
    - Tiredness
    - Long term memory
    - Stress
    - Depression
    - Unstable emotions
    - Bad sperm quality
    - Erection problems
    - Bad blood circulation
    - Easy fat gaining
    - Headaches
    - ...

What to do?

How to enhance your meals, making sure to add these
You can add all sorts of stuff to enhance your meals, and your own health. I'll show you a list of one of the most powerful things to add, how to use them and what they do.

  • - Spices are great for your health, they contain very powerful anti-oxidants (which by the way not only fight of premature eldering, but also protects you better against cancer). I recommend to take a lot of them, as much as you can. The best spices are:
    • Turmeric - Potentially the best anti-cancer agent (for protection only, not curing), it's also a powerful anti-inflammatory
Ginger - Works extremely well with Turmeric, using both will greatly boost your health. Ginger also gives energy and is a powerful natural antibiotic
Rosemary - Very good for treating tiredness, and chronic tiredness
Thyme - Very powerful plant, a powerful antivirus, antibiotic, known to cure a lot of different diseases and also gives energy
Cinnamon - Also a very powerful antivirus, gives also a lot of energy and makes your immune system stronger
Clove - Goes almost hand in hand with Cinnamon and contains a large concentration of powerful anti-oxidants
    - Garlic and onions: Garlic is very powerful, it contains a lot of probiotics, anti-oxidants, vitamins, and minerals. It also helps to protect you from cancer and parasites and it is a powerful antibiotic. It also seems that most people that have lived long often ate Garlic. Onions on the other hand don't do much, but they're great when consumed with Garlic as they amplify the power of Garlic. I recommend between 2 to 4 cloves/day.

    - Fruits: Shouldn't really surprise you but you should know that some fruits are better than others. Kiwis, apples, watermelons, citrons. You might think about some others like oranges but oranges aren't that powerful, it's much better to eat a citron or a kiwi instead.

    - Vegetables : Shouldn't surprise you ether, some important stuff about vegetables : Most are better off while cooked (or in juice form) because some contain anti-nutriments (which make it difficult to absorb vitamins). Also the green vegetables are the most powerful.

    - Red wine: But that has alcohol which is bad right? Yes by drinking too much red wine it won't do much good which is why you shouldn't exceed 2 glasses/day. The great thing about red wine is that it is very rich in vitamin A and anti-oxidants. Like with Garlic, people that lived long often seem to have drunken red wine every day. Red wine also helps to fight depression and you could take white wine or another wine if you don't like red wine but red wine stays the best option health wise.)

    - BIO products: Although it's expensive, they are great and very healthy as most of the toxins have been banned from this market.

How to enhance your life even more, stop taking this
Here I'll list most of the worst things which shouldn't been taken at all or should be reduced. I follow most of this and I must say it's very difficult so it's up for you to choose.
I'll also tell you why it's bad and with what you could replace it (if you can):

  • - Fast food: Really horrible stuff going in this. Fast food completely deregulates the body on multiple aspects, blocking most vitamins and minerals and it can even affect your memory in an irreversible way.. Be careful with this..

    - Wheat, and anything that contains "Gluten": This is a tricky one, it is very difficult to skip every product containing wheat because .. well.. it's everywhere!
Spaghetti, pizzas, hamburgers, bread, most of the sauces, etc. Most of the products could be replaced by gluten-free products (expensive) or otherwise you could do like me, ignoring your taste and eat rice very often.. Gluten is a substance that is threaten in your liver as poison, it makes small holes in your intestine, which in return harms your immune system (your intestine is the key to your immune systems base power). There has also been different researches about gluten making cancer more frequently, it makes your hair look fatty, gives different skin problems, makes your bones and teeth more fragile and could even cause diabetes (both type I and II). Harsh fact: Tabac is safer than gluten.

    - Cow milk: Contains lactose which does almost as much damage as gluten does.

    - Medicines: Contains all sort of unhealthy chemicals, also provoking cancer. A golden rule is to take only medecines if you really need them, like when you are dying or when you could lose something important.. But for a headache or to control your cholesterol: I wouldn't toxic myself with it (Plus cholesterol is a good thing, if you know how to control it)

    - Vaccines: Same as with medecines, contain a lot of unhealthy stuff. Although the technique is quiet good to protect yourself from viruses, the industry adds stuff like mercury, aluminium and other neuro-toxins to the vaccinations which are really deadly. Aluminium seems to have a great link with Alzheimer while mercury does all kinds of things and is linked with cancer, autism, etc. If you could avoid a vaccination, it often is better to avoid it.

    - Meat: Although this shouldn't completely be blocked, because meat does contain some good stuff, you shouldn't eat too much of it as industrial meat is filled with toxins..

    - Added sugar: Natural sugar, present in fruit juices are okay of course but try to block every product containing added sugar as sugar has a direct link with cancer (especially white sugar!). Also don't take fake sugars like aspartame as this is even worse (and doesn't help you losing fat because it contains a very acidic pH, making you fatter than with sugar - Lite and zero products are a big commercial lie)

Supplements

Alright so that were some great basics, now for the multi-aspect part I stated in the tittle!
Which will be all about supplements (whether you like them or not, I love them).
These can be bought from internet, but most store selling BIO products or fitness products also have them.
But you can also if you travel a lot get them fresh, which is really great.

  • Cleaning your body
    • - Spirulina: Mexican seaweed containing all sorts of animo-acids, vitamins, minerals and very effective to clean your body (first weeks may be tough though, as all toxins need to leave your body

      - Chlorella: Like spirulina but a bit much better at cleaning, it goes hand in hand with spirulina

    Confidence/Testosterone/Motivation/Sex drive/Hormone regulation/Stress/Depression:
    • - Maca root: Possibly the most powerful plant on earth, together with Ginseng. It does all the stuff described in the tittle and is the best plant to boost your confidence and self image.

      - Tribulus Terrestris: Natural testosterone level booster (it doesn't boost it extremely high, but just a bit higher than the average guy has). As this boost your testosterone it also makes your muscles a little bit bigger without training.

      - Zinc: Also boosts testosterone like Terrestris.

      - Ashwagandha: Great to reduce stress levels, but don't take to much of it as it might make you feel sleepy.

      - Rhodiola: Great to combat depression and for emotion regulation, but also for energy so don't take it before bed time.

    Musculation:
    • - Kre-Alkalyn creatine: One of the best creatines out there. Ross stated in his article to build a powerful sexy body that he used monohydrated créatine which has the following effect: You take it, you get a bit stronger, you stop taking it you loose the force and it might even turn into fat (although it depends on the people, the training schedule and a lot of other factors). Kre-Alkalyn? Same but not as much as monohydrate. If you stop taking kre-Alkalyn you will lose a small amount of force but it won't be much as it mostly stay in the muscle for a very long time. Kre-Alkalyn is a bit more expensive though.

      - Tribulus Terrestris: Like I said above, it's a testosterone booster which is great for building muscles.

      - L-Arginine: Makes blood flow better, so you can train better and more intensive.

      - ZMA: Mix between Zinc (boosts testosterone also and has some other great effects for building muscles), Magnesium (reduces cramps and other benefits for building muscles) and B6 (which makes proteins more effective)

      - Guarana: Ross told that caffeine was great just before a work out which is true but.. caffeine is bad for health and is weak in my opinion. Guarana contains guaranine, a molecule close to caffeine but 4-7 times more powerful.. So don't take it too late in the evening or you can wave your sleep good bye!

      - Spirulina: Contains a lot of different animo acids, which are great for building muscles.

    Hair and skin care
Firstly it's very important here to clean your body first, as everything will be more effective, here's the list:
    • - Aloe Vera: Great for your skin, treats all sort of problems like eczema, reduce spots, etc, it might even lower the effect of Herpes (in an outbreak, but I haven't tested this as I don't have it) so it's really an almost all in one skin care. You can use cremes but you can also drink the gel/juice of the plant which is even more effective in my case (but each person is different, you should see for yourself)

      - Nettles: Great for hair-care, makes your hair in good health and makes it a little bit shiny-like. You can take supplements but shampoo also does a great trick

      - Horsetail: Also great for hair-care, it makes you hair stronger because it contains a lot of essential minerals for your hair. This is definitely something you'll need if you start getting hair loss, and it becomes even more effective with nettles.

    Treating tiredness
This takes a lot of patience, and you should sleep at least 8hours a day (by the way, 8+ hours also boosts testosterone levels!)
    • - Ginseng: Probably one of the best plants together with Maca. It treats chronic tiredness very well on the long term, but it takes some time.. Ginseng also enhances the other effects of plants.

      - Royal jelly: Also very powerful like Ginseng, and is also great for treating tiredness together with Ginseng.

      - Guarana: Only works short-term, it's like caffeine but without many of the downsides caffeine has (caffeine is bad) and while it's 4-7 times stronger as caffeine. It's also a lot safer than caffeine.

      - Goji: Though Goji is also good at cleaning your body, it treats eye-tiredness while most stimulants like Guarana for example doesn't really affect your eyes. Goji also works great with Ginseng, treating long-term chronic tiredness.

    Immunity boost
    • - Echinacea: Wakes your immune system up

      - Propolis: Great to cure and to protect you from most of the weaker diseases like the common cold, etc. But can also be used as creme to fight herpes outbreaks (again I didn't test this as I don't have it), can also be used as a shampoo to treat lice. I use it as toothpaste, for white teeth (although tea tree essential is better, but it's also in my toothpaste) and to protect from caries

    Weight loss
    • - Spirulina and Chlorella: Great for regulating the pH in your body. Most people have an acid body, due to too much unhealthy food. These seaweeds help to make your body more alkaline which is very important in weight loss.

      - Vegetable juice: Very good for losing weight, drink carrot juice or tomato juice but always check for the juices with the less possible added ingredients. If you prefer fruits, I would recommend apples. (not the juice, but the actual fruit)
