What is your "Inner Game Routine" before going out?

This is a routine which you use to BRING YOURSELF INTO A DESIRED STATE OF MIND as part of preparation process.

MY ROUTINE:

1. Mindfulness and Relation. This is a simple, 5-10" breathing routine used to process my current emotions, get in touch with myself, and relax (be in a neutral, calm state of ming).
2. Self-Talk. I have a list of different Self-Talk notes, which all start with my name and are designed to remind me about the most important concepts/current goals, etc.
3. Sexual Arousal. I don't use this anymore, but its a type of meditation when you focus your attention on different parts of your body, trying to move sexual energy from your genitals into different parts of your body.
