Insecure Girls / Cultural Issue?

Hi,

To start with: I live in Germany. It is a challenge for me to translate all the information I read into my language, but I will give my best. I mentioned my background because I think I am facing a cultural issue here. Of course: All sapients are more or less the same biologically but they are still different culturally. Most of Chase's material is about biological truths every human being inheres. But...

Lately I opened a few girls. Some of them seemed rather shy. Some looked quite confident, though.

The issue I face here: I can tell by the way they look at me, that they're very interested. Still the girls won't chat with me. It seems like it's the worst thing that could happen to them (like a war or something similar). They freeze up and just have no idea how to react or response. I must add that I have really handled my fundamentals and am not ugly or so...

How can I make those shy girls (or even those confident looking yet not socially confident girls) open up to me? It seems like they won't open up to anybody. Some seem interested, then just laugh (giggle) and/or go away. Or they stare at me like a deer and say nothing - then I leave for I don't want to make them feel worse.

As said I fear it is also a cultural issue - or am I wrong here? Someone with experience from Germany? Maybe this kind of behavior is normal and I just have to meet more girls?!

PS: I guess the fact that younger people escape more and more from direct social situations via their smart phone into indirect "social situations" makes things even worse!

Hey man. I don't have experience of Germany but I live in EU and I think this isn't something specifically restricted in Germany.

From the description you give the problem might be you coming off too high value compared to these girls. When you see girls freezing like this try to compensate by lowering your value. Bring up something dorky about yourself by self depricating humour or relate to the girls to make them feel more comfortable.

As you noted younger girls seem to be more lost facing high value men than older ones and resort to things like their phones easier. I feel these interactions can actually profit from you leading even harder and being very commanding.
