Is it possible to be Smooth and Charismatic

Hey guys, I know I've been asking more questions than giving answers lately, but I've been going hard as shit into this stuff and doing a butt load of approaches and for some reason I just can't figure some things out. So as the title states, is it possible to be both smooth and charismatic? You might be thinking yes, of course Atlas, you're a raging dumbass. But hold fast, let me explain my reasoning: In the article "Constructing Your Sexy Vibe" charisma is defined as charisma=energy x (emotional state + ability to project that state). Yet, in the smooth article, it is about tamping down your energy and emotions. Also, most people who I've seen who are smooth are not bouncing off the walls with energy or trying to project it onto others. So, which is it? Can you be one and not the other? Or can you be both at the same time? Maybe I'm misunderstanding something fundamental about one of these articles, but I would appreciate any advice on this matter.
