Ok so this isn't really a field report since its just me meeting people in my new job, but I thought this would be the best place to post.
So I started my job about a month ago since I was on vacation from university classes. I was working as a bartender in a local restaurant/bar. One time I came and met this girl thats working as a waitress. Really tall brunette, body of a model (found out she was actually a model), from some country around Russia. She was really flirty even when we met, and we got to talk a bit during the times where we had nothing much to do. She then found out how old I was, 19, and she was something around 26 or something. I guess that difference made her treat me a bit more child-like. She still flirted with me a lot but also called me cute and remarked how young I was, which is all a bit diminishing, like If I was a kid or something.
I sometimes flirted back, sometimes just smiled or whatever, but I never took it really seriously, since I was at work, she was at work, and also because I also found out she was dating my boss, who is so much older than her and that she herself was therefore the manager. So that was definitely something I didnt want to mess with. I just wrote her off as someone who likes to flirt for flirting and not really anything else, because she was probably some kind of gold digger, get the attention from every guy around type of girl.
She also used to say stuff like "Im in love with you" and yesterday she came up to me and said "You wanted to fuck me all this time didnt you?". Actually she also asked me if I wanted to go out with her sometime outside work, and "I said sure, why not." I guess that wasnt the smoothest answer I gave, but Im not really as good as I want, so experienced girls kind of make me nervous. "So what about the boss?" I then asked her "Oh I can leave him anytime."
Now I wont be working that often anymore, or I will probably quit my job anyway, since I wont have that much time with university. But, with the small description of her, what should I do? Should I just go out with her or just forget about her?
