Today was the first day back from summer vacation. We had a few new students, so its a good time to approach girls. There was one girl who stood out from everyone else in the hallway this is my fr on what happened today.
My appearance
-turquoise/blue uniform polo
-black belt with silver buckle
-Black socks and black loafers.
-a thin black hoodie underneath polo
Now she was wearing a blue polo but it was a dark blue. Leading me to the conclusion of her being younger because our 10th graders wear that color blue.
Now I thought back to the girlschase article on what girls want to be approached and thought to myself...this girl is looking to be approached by a older more experienced guy, why else would she be in the hallway for juniors. So I approached her and kinda let her get a look at me first before I opened.
Opener I didn't use a direct opener, i just asked.- are you new here. I don't really need to go into conversation details , except the fact when I asked her to move she didn't want to, but we all had to go to class so it wasn't completly my fault.
I talked to her later and got her phone number.
But it was in front of some of her friends so she gave me a fake number. At that moment something went off in my head and said No! What are you doing? I recently found out the number was fake because the person who's number it is called back.
This approach had no strong points so I will list out the weaknesses
Mindset Didn't go into the interaction with a sexual frame, i came in with a friendly frame which is why most guys get friendzoned. I also hid my intrest a little too much, I didn't use direct opener, and all of her friends constantly told her how nice I am and stuff, just making her reassured more that I wasn't a sexual guy.
Actions I wasn't very smooth with the interaction. I fumbled many times, when i asked her for her name in front of her friends.
