I like getting down on girls, But I don't like do it while it's a one-night stand or a casual relationship.
That is becuase I don't know her hygiene level, and also It's possible to get a STD (like HIV or less harmful).

Anyway, I like getting head while donig thigs sexually with these girls (The girl as opposed to me is safe - we can use condom - but don't need to, I know i'm clean).
The question is what is the best way to refuse to get down on her while still getting her to do it on me?
Without come of as egoistical, and without the girl reject to do in on me too (usually problematic while on casual relationship when the girl notice that I don't do it on her)

Till now, I just say something like "Not yet" (when they ask verbally) or just teasing near the area with my mouth until it's too hot, so I return/start to fuck her. but I looking for better solution, becuase it's obvious that I evades. I think to just tell the girls the truth, but can come up against a rejection when I want them to give me a head.

Cunnilingus does not appeal to me very much either and if she does not smell right down there, forget about it!

I am also curious if the PUA here typically perform oral on females when they have one night stands and casual hookups. I would rather perform oral on a girl I am in a relationship with and care about. I don't know about contracting HIV from cunnilingus but it is possible to get HPV. Most strains of the virus go away on their own, but I believe two have been associated with developing throat cancer.

I would try to make up for it by using your fingers really well. If you do it right she can get off from it still.
