So I was feeling quite overwhelmed and wanted to flesh out a number of things that I wanted to implement in my lifestyle.
Developing the artist within me will be challenging, however the ideal is to embody the identity of the artist. Especially with my exquisite mind. Its paramount that you prioritizing processes that will ensure you put yourself out there, and more internal processes guided to ensure that your personal world is stable and organized.
As I started researching, I stumbled upon one of the videos from a youtuber I subscribed to known as Leo Gura.
Learning=Behavior Change
It never dawned on me to the core that learning is a change in behavior( as a perspective). It was a faint idea. My paradigm was and still is stuck in the notion that learning is more of a memory based understanding, rather than a psychological yet practical dichotomy.
This a perspective Ill start to taking on in game and other applications of life.
How will information change behaviour( Clarity is key, steps have to force the mind to articulate the lessons)
- What did Iearn?
- How will my behaviour change from 1
- What did I learn( the behaviour change) about myself? (how will your behavior change in respect to what you learned about yoursef)
-If you can not identify what steps needed to be taken in behavior and implement it, no learning has happened.
- Traps.. Moralization and Should statements( Makes rigidity in your mind, its not a valid lesson if there is right and wrong in your mind in regards to taking action in the future)
- You only learn something if you can identify how your behavior change IN REPECT TO A NEW SITUATION
- Its about what you're actually going to do... An embodiment process
( I f you know why you need to brush your teeth, you will brush your teeth)
-What Am I not learning that is causing me to be stuck?
- Behaving differently can also mean thinking differently
- Its just an ideal if it hasn't changed your behavior
This a more strict notion of what learning is.
'We want to save learning, this precious word, for when we really take action in our lives, create traction, otherwise it is just intellectualisation'
This is an application centric definition.
