It seems extremely cocky and a bit disrespectful to her [possibly existing] boyfriend is the issue.

What do you like to say to "I have a boyfriend" ?

Some other responses I've thought of are:
2. "[sly smile] That's fine, let's go"
3. "He's not against you making new friends, is he? [sly smile]" <- could be a bit platonic sounding is an issue

Other thoughts I have is that perhaps you should never end an invitation with "let's go" it is very direct.
So like "Let's go my place and watch some youtube on my TV. " without the let's go at the end is my hunch of what someone should do? What do you think?

It's preferable to be direct and assertive in that situation. You wan't to dismiss the boundary she just put up, the last thing you want to do is appeal to that and validate it because there's no moral way around it. The goal is to keep her on a level of emotional decision making and have her cognitive dissonance readjust her views.

You're overthinking your responses. Those are fine.
