So guys , I used to skinny ...back in 2020 and ended up becoming bulky by the June of 2021 ...

I remained bulky for a while but cuz I started smoking and stopped caring about my health ( even though i was still taking up MMA classes) ... I ended up losing all the bulk and am very skinny , once again .



Last few months , before July , were hell for my mental + physical health. So , haven't really exercised much since that .

But , my body has cuts ( AKA it's lean+ shredded )

I had read the article about lover vs fighter on the main site .

So , my physique is that of a lover .

But , I was wondering if there is a bodytype which is both of a lover + fighter ....cuz as I am skinny so feel Intimidated by big guys .

I am thinking of building a body that turns chicks on ....while also intimidate other men .

Why do I care about other men?
It's culture specific thing . I guess.



I want to keep my pretty boy features while also being intimidating .

I am 5'8 132 lbs .... And might for 150-160 lbs range .

This is my dream body .

Intimidation is not just physical it is the vibe you put out. I see many big guys in the gym who haves this big teddybear vibe going on or an ox like a beast of burden. You need to channel a predator from inside and it will leak to your outside.

If you have a body like you put on the picture then all that is missing is your vibe, not your mass.

With women I switch to lover vibe despite that I am also very well built but I have learned to micro-switch to fighter when I sense a guy trying to interrupt or interlope, only to switch back to lover again with women.

Unfortunately when you are a bit more playful,sensual it can give wannabe alphas the wrong idea. Usually these are guys who do not gauge well before they challenge.

Anyway it is about the vibe you put out, the energy someone feels when you look at them straight in the eye. I have developed this over the years but I also suspect it is easy to come across tryhard with this at the start.. but that doesnt matter

You must focus on your vibe and be sure that you can pull off to defend yourself if need be. I can do this, can you? Otherwise you are bluffing.. which can work but also fail miserably..

Also very big guys tend to not get challenged that much.. so when they are challenged they can freeze, be unsure of what to do.. but again this is calibration I know enough big guys who can rip you apart... then again they do not tend to challenge you so what does it matter?

Why are you worried about big guys anyway?

Sometimes , big guys have cock blocked me ...and I didn't know what to do .

Btw you are right about the vibe .... I want to ooze a predatorial vibe if someone wants to fuck with me but I don't know how to channel that bull inside me .

To be fair I am not that clearheaded as I would like have to been due to a lot recent intensity

Okay so yeah definitely get that body up but dont train like a typical bro weightlifter. I like to combine kickboxing, grappling, weight lifting and crossfit-like exercises to get a very functional body. Also train with a good teacher in a competitive environment. This brings the best put of you when you persevere

Yeah I got you, we have some good amog destroyers on the website you can do those. Your general vibe and body also works to deter before these guys interject. When I am not in the mood or there is no room for wildcards I jar real fast by being icy and a bit physical so the other person understands this can get ugly, like putting my hand on the interlopers arm and pinch a bit. But this happens rarely, last time was a couple of yours ago.

Visualization is your friend. I did this as a kid basically channeling a catlike creature. Actually a tiger but you guys are going to laugh 😂😂.

Oh yeah also big guys usually have no choice but to cockblock. In multiple gyms a lot of guys have been frustrated with me. Basically trying to shame me or pressure me, but I just laugh it off , befriend some of the sensible among them or tell them off when they become relentless and make it their mission to shut me down. One guy was trying to cockblock me and when I told him off made it about how he actually "admires" me, but what he was doing was trying to pacify me so he can still interfere with my business. Obviously I doubled down told him we can be friendly but he should not mingle with my business.

Anyway most of these stereotypical beefy guys are frustrated because they train so hard to get attention meanwhile agile old me run circles around them..

That's what I will focus on .

I used to do mma but since last few months haven't excercised much .

My focus will be on gymnastics , calisthenics , cardio initially cuz I have gotten really busy these days . So , can't fit the gym in my schedule.

Visualization is your friend. I did this as a kid basically channeling a catlike creature. Actually a tiger but you guys are going to laugh 😂😂.
Should I visualise myself as a big bull 🐂.

If you train alone you will get much less optimal results. People are really stubborn about this so let me a bit more clear. Training alone when not very knowledgeable and disciplined is a massive waste of time

That's true .

I know some of these guys ...can't get laid or even make girlfriends .

Btw I thought you were in mid 20s for some reason

As long as I don't get some free time ...I will train at home ...atleast to get fit and become disciplined .

I second this. Go to the gym, it'll be 10x more efficient with the equipment and mentors.

You can get fit somewhat at home, sure. But you can do it more effectively and efficiently with the right tools.

You need to understand that the “fighter body” is essentially a low body fat percentage with some upper body muscles and skinny legs to fit into the smaller weight category. Most of these guys disappear in small/medium size shirts and you will never be able to tell that they even work out. Anyway, building muscles that will be noticeable will take years of work and can’t be done at home because you need a progressive overload in order to progress and unless you have a home gym you won’t be able to have it.
Training alone when not very knowledgeable and disciplined is a massive waste of time
I kinda get what you mean here, but every summer I see bunch of high school kids swarming in the gym trying to get big for the next school year and what usually happens is that they all try to impress each other and end up doing very risky and useless shit and end up nowhere in terms of progress. It takes me a lot of effort to not interfere when I see some of them literally trying to severely injure themselves. Much better if you can afford a good(!!!) personal trainer and train with them rather than with some other inexperienced guy(s).

I used to be a hot head. You really need to be a s clam as possible. The calmer you are, the more present in the moment you are, the easier you can challenge back those guys. Also, try to play the expected scenarios in your head and prepare your comebacks

Actually ...

I have step by step goals in fitness .

1. To get started doing exercise consistently.

2 . First focus is to feel strong again ....
My body feels so limp sometimes .

Then gradually increase the level and working to get to my ideal physique ....that I know will take years . I have no issue with that .

I am already quite lean with some upper body mass . I have the " fighter " physique .
And am very weak cuz of lot of shit that happened in last 6 months .

So , I am also actively working on my vibe like @DarkKnight suggested and my social skills cuz they will improve at much faster rate ( and they are) than building my body like an amateur wrestler.

That's why .... I am seeing it as a long term process and not a 6 month scheme .

I want to have a body that will be strong even in my 50s .
