I have been looking at meditation, as I heard alot of good benefits to it especially for getting women https://www.girlschase.com/content/brain ... d-and-busy. I started off by sitting indian style, eyes closed, and counting every time I inhale and exhale all the way to ten then restart, if you lose count, you start back on one again. Just 10 minutes, I am very curious to see the benefits of doing this every day for a few weeks haha
