Not my personal cup of tea, but I have had buddies who did these, and I've heard of a few duos in the seduction community over the years who specialized in them.
The claim by the guys who do them a lot is that loads of girls are down for them, and that it's easier to pull many girls for a MMF threesome than it is for a one-on-one lay (due to it being a novel experience for the girl that many/most girls have fantasized about).

I guess pulling together is one way to do it. But there is another way to do it with logistics where you don't have to "sell" the girl on the threesome right away, but can make it happens "by accident".
Let's say you share the same hotel room with your friend. Let's say you meet the girl together, let's say it turns to a classic interaction where one of you hit off better with the girl.
The other can get back to the room before the other 2, because he is tired. Or he can get back to the room after his friend has pulled the girl (it's his room too, where else is he going to sleep?)
Once the girl is horny with the first guy in the hotel room, and the second guy is here too and acts like everything is normal, then there is not much to do for the second guy to join the action and to start the MMF.

i have share women with friends/wings/students, never been into the both at the same time, but pass women after to friends....
