Motivating Unmotivated Wingmen!

So I know a lot of the guys here go out and run day game AND night game by themselves (and tend to meet new wings on the way). When I'm running night game I've met quite a few chill guys doing the same exact thing I am (and even had a few bros step up and wing for me WITH NO ASKING FROM ME, they just saw I was running game on a group and decided to be homies and help myself AND themselves out haha).

However, people are obviously busier during the day. My job is flexible so I can do as I wish, but the few of my buddies that are able to do this with me are.... well let's just say not that great to be honest. Take today for example, I'd say almost 50-60% of the time at the mall was spent sitting around/shopping etc. instead of running sets, which is what I came there for. I tried my best to motivate them but one of them gets a bit whiney. Any tips for motivating him? He also doesn't agree with my direct game tactics and chooses to run a low risk indirect which puts him in the friend zone more often than not while I get the dates/sex -_-.

Also if you've used wings to run daygame where did you find them? I think night game is MUCH more fun tbh, but my daygame seems to have better non flaky results/responses. Perhaps that will change as my fundamentals get better.

Motivating unmotivated wings is much more trouble than it's worth.

In my opinion it's actually counter productive to have a wing in the daytime most of the time. The exception being if you're both hitting up two sets and then trying to pull them both back to a place for a mini party (basically just as you would in nightgame).

It's not counter productive if you're going for numbers but if you're actually trying to go on an instantdate and pull from daytime then you certainly do not need a wing. If you're new to this I would definitely be aiming for the instantdate and then pull as it's just much easier to get laid in my experience.

But if you must have a wing in the daytime you can always check out different forums and facebook groups in your city for aspiring seducers.

I've found wingmen on RSD inner circle facebook page, various PUA forums, and especially at live events (best option). So RSD will have free tours and hotseats in or close to your city. Go hit up the events and get your networking on. I've met some really amazing people at those events (just gotta sift through the chaff which is abundant).

Thanks for the tip! That makes a lot of sense, I've been sticking to number closes for the most part (only been really running day game a few times now). Leading is still a little out of my comfort zone, but insta dates/same night pickups from what I've read in the f/r's and blogs seem to have the most success , so I'm looking forward to trying it out!

As far as the wing thing goes, that's a great idea! It's not that I need one so much as it makes it a 100 times easier (beating AA, it can actually be fun getting rejected, we get to laugh about all the stupid shit that happens while playing pickup).

Imo, wings are pointless from a tactical standpoint. For the sake of seduction, its a lot more effective to have a one on one convo with a girl than pretty much anything else. For the most part, you're not going to get too intimate with her in any way when there are others around. That's why it's always been easier for me to approach solo. I think the whole point of going out with someone else is more of a moral support type thing (i.e. he might point out a girl and you HAVE to approach her...and just his presence in general gets you more motivated to talk to girls).

So tbh, when you go out with them, I think they're doing 90% of the work just by being there with you. Also, I'll be back in Seattle a few days. I'll hit you up and we can go out. As far as night game goes, I promise I'll go hard. Still working on getting my shit together for Day Game. But like Rob said, I think it's best you do Day Game alone anyways.

Fair enough brother, I think you're right about the day game. Besides the guys I'm currently going out with can't really keep up, I feel like having to lead them is burning me out faster than doing my approaches is.
