I think I'm struggling with fundamentals. The movements, the voice, the eye contact. I tried reading them but I'm not sure I get the full picture since nobody I know acts the way I imagine a fundamentally tight man would in my imagination. So I'd like to ask if there are any movie characters with tight fundamentals that u could emulate.

Please try to make the list long, and if you could also tell me exactly which fundamental the character is doing, that would be awesome.

Daniel Craig as James Bond.

Ever since I started reading girlschase and really started soaking in the articles it became a lot more apparent when I saw these traits of guys in movies. Daniel Craig is a sexual man in the bond movies, no mistake about it - his talk (very slow and calculated), vocal tone, his pursed lip smile, his eye contact, body language, smooth lines (yeah its a movie, but still), sexual undertone, flirting. He is probably the best modern man in movies to emulate, especially when i think of the perfect man for how the articles are written here.

Watch Casino Royale, it's pure gold and ripe with examples with his interactions with women.

Alright. Awesome list. I got a question about eye contact and purring as you speak:

Would it be weird to do them around guys? To have strong eye contact on them and to have a voice that purrs as you talk to them?

I like Ryan Gosling in Crazy, Stupid Love too.
I also really like the dude from the TV show Arrow. Not sure what his name is though lol.
Dr. House from House is also okay. He's a good example of being kind of an asshole, but in a charming way.
Indiana Jones is a classic example.
The main character from Daredevil (it's on Netflix) is pretty good.
Girls really say they like Loki- the villain from The Avengers. I personally don't see his appeal. But I've talked to sooo many girls about him and they almost all say he's sexy.
Captain Jack Sparrow is actually really solid IF YOU CAN PULL IT OFF. If his style is incongruent with who you are, you'll look goofy and silly, not sexy. So be careful with him.
Patrick Bateman (played by Christian Bale) from American Psycho is really good too.
Daniel Craig in all the James Bond movies.
Tony Stark from Ironman 1 & 2 and the Avengers. He's like Capt Jack Sparrow. If you're gonna emulate him, you have to be congruent with that personality type. Otherwise you'll look tryhard af.
The main character from Californication is great.

Those are just some random ones off the top of my head. As a general guideline, look at guys who are considered "male sex symbols". Watch their movies. Usually, the guy they play is pretty sexy (except for characters they play in comedies. Usually guys in comedies are goofy or straight up unattractive.). When you find a character who's personality is similar to yours, emulate him. Cause what "good fundamentals" looks like can seem very different from person to person. Because they're expressed differently when filtered through individual personality (although ultimately, they're still actually the same traits. But you might not see that if you're still inexperienced)

The Saint is one seriously sexy movie. Haven't really seen a movie romance as passionate since then. Hollywood needs to make more purely adult, sexy romances.

This is going to make some people laugh but I was watching War For the Planet of The Apes and Caesar definitely has strong fundamentals. This is also apparent in the second movie as well. Caesar is a true leader and demonstrates it perfectly. He speaks slowly and only when he needs to. He has a relaxed yet sort of intimidating presence and never looks shaken like the other apes.

Patrick Jane from The Mentalist. Not so much his movements as being sexy, but just his overall approach to everything. Always with a smirk and ALWAYS in control (well, except with Red John). He's also good at being a lovable dick lol. Charming, handsome and full of positive energy but also not afraid to speak his mind and flick people on the nose (quite literally in some cases). In addition, because he's so charming he's able to get away with being very, very rude

It helps that he'd probably fit close to an ENTP personality type, which is what I am, so I love him automatically haha. Though obviously not as intelligent as he is

QUICK EDIT: So he's probably not a super great guy to emulate in his physical fundamentals, but definitely in his mindsets and mental fundamentals (I know I might be defining fundamentals a little loosely, but I consider lifestyle mindsets a fundamental as well)

Indiana Jones

Take a look at the first three Indiana Jones movies and take notice of his interactions women. Always calm, slow movements, nothing surprises him, flirty, uncanny facial expressions, great eye contact, and of course he escalates quickly (except when, you know, he’s killing Nazis and stuff). Also observe how he never acts too interested, he makes girls chase HIM.

He’s a great character to emulate, definitely right up there with James Bond.

Agreed with the names mentioned here.

I also like very much the character of Don Draper in Mad Men, played by Jon Hamm. It gives you an idea of the very efficient and powerful Executive Frame. If you can emulate that, you're good!

I don't know if most people here would consider him to be alpha, but I fucking love him. One of the things I love about him is his extreme stubbornness, as evident in this scene.

And his ability to wind people up:

I also like his ability to see the funny side of things in a difficult situation. He can do this easily because he has suffered more than anyone else.

He knows what everyone's weaknesses are, and can use those weaknesses to his advantage whenever he wants to manipulate someone. You will not win an argument with him, or outwit him. I know you might think this is cruel or infantile, but it is vitally important to be able to do this whenever you are wronged by someone in life.
