What are some movies you've watched that had good seductions you liked?

I saw Vicky Cristina Barcelona, which I liked.

The Moon Is Blue, from an article of Chase's, was great too.

What are some of your favourites?

Note: not James Bond movies for instance. While I love them, the seductions are rarely well fleshed out and border on the unrealistic at times.

I don't know any with pure seductions that could be straight out of a lay report here, but some sort of related movies are:

- Alfie with Jude Law
- Secretary (though he has a weirdo vibe)
- 9 1/2 weeks (I think this might have had an initial approach in public)
- Catch Me if You Can (more like con artist seductions... Maybe good for how he talks to and smiles at counter girls, etc)
- Meet Joe Black (I think has a bookstore or coffee shop approach)
- Talented Mr. Ripley (can't remember this much and not sure why it comes to mind since seduction is not deception, but there are some common aspects of winning people over)
- Van Wilder? For more BMOC style

Its about a well off porn/sex addict who’s mentally ill sister comes to live with him. Movie basically takes you through the motions of a guy who’s coming to terms with an impulsive need for sexual gratification once it’s thrown in his face.

I just watched Before Sunrise recently. Its about a dude who picks up a gal on a train while traveling in France. The first portion of it is really solid, when he first meets her. Shows a lot of connection building with a touch of flirtation thrown in. I have had a number of seductions go just like it. As you get later into the movie it starts to get shakey he starts doing a bunch of shit that probably would not fly in real life, like being all sulky about an ex and making uncalibrated digs at the French girl. Escalating with a kiss but then letting momentum die. I was thinking, dude this is when you go find a place to fuck. And instead they go to a bar and talk about ex's. It actually frustrated me to no end, I was thinking no fucking way, come on dude stop it. Still say its worth the watch just so you can compare notes. Also captures (at least at first) that wonderful rush of making a genuine spontaneous connection like that. And if it didn't have all that dumb shit in the middle would look almost exactly like a solid day game instant date.
