Need advice guys

I asked out a girl a week ago
she said no coz she has had a bad dating history and she was done with dating guys...
she messaged me on fb later that day and said 'sorry if u felt i was rude but i'm done with dating guys'
i replied to that msg 'you were not ride. I totally understand '
she replied 'cool, so wassup?'
but i didnt reply later
so now the question is:
1. i see her many times in school...should i smile and say hi to her?
2. Do i msg her on facebook?

Ps...m 16 in high school in india

She's 16 and done dating guys? Not a lot of experience to be wielding that excuse. I would say she meant a few things:

1. She isn't interested in you physically or sexually so she denied you BUT she was nice enough to apologize for being rude.
2 She isn't interested in you but still wants to be on good terms.
3 She legitimately isn't interested in dating guys anymore b/c she thinks she's attracted to other girls.
4. She's just a prisoner of the moment with all these "generalizations," nowadays where people think they need to label themselves. Maybe right now she just wants to label herself "done dating guys."


Those are all possibilities and one more that is possible is she gave you an obstacle and wants to see if you will overcome it and still pursue her, but in my opinion I doubt at 16 she's looking to play mental games with you just to keep you pursuing her..
