Need advice to this specific situation

I had this situation where I was in a bar and a girl just drank my beer (she was drunk too) and her friends were embarrassed. And apologied, the hottie one was apologising too, later I handed the hottie my cigarette and got a new beer and the girl who drank my beer gave me attitude and said I am not going to drink your beer again and I said look I am sorry if you feel offended by the fact that I got a new beer since you drank mine but you actually did and the hottie was trying not to laugh (I think she became nervous) but later the hottie while going said she is sorry through her eyes we communicated. Did i came across as a bitch?
