Need help

A girl I used to date back back in the day I've been trying to get out and y'know bed her aha, but the problem is she openly admitted to postponing asking if I still like her and she does not want to give me "expectations" now I have no feelings whatsoever regarding relationships just a FWB how should I make it clear to her and answer her question? For those who still are not clear on the question she basically told me over text she has delayed seeing me thinking ill fall for her all over again when the situation isn't even like that. I want to answer that I'm interested in a fwb type of thing but no deep emotional commitment any help would be appreciated

May be too direct at the end. This is what I'd personally send. Wait and see if others have some better suggestions though.
