No indication of interest? Blow her off?

We talk about how the guy has to make the first move but it doesn't always sink in. It would be so much easier if she would at least give an indication of interest but not all women will even when they are interested in you. An example happen to me today. One of the trainers at the gym has lost never gave me any indication of interest. I figured she consider herself out of my league. I have been around her but while I was talking to the guys. There was a little involvement in the conversations but when we were away from the group there was zero interaction. Lately I notice she had lost weight and was looking pretty good. I decided to open a conversation. She walked past and I said hi. I then asked her name. We ended up talking for about 5 minutes. I said I notice she had lost weight. She said thanks for noticing. She was definitely happy I was talking to her. I had totally misread her. It was very apparent that she is interested in me but that she was waiting for me to initiate.

My point is a girl who does not give you any indications of interest may be waiting for you to initiate. If you are interested in her have the balls to approach her. The worst that can happen is she is not interested. The best is you meet a new lover.

Exactly! I believe this is the main reason behind the "assume attraction" mindset. And let's not forget that people are usually unsure of themselves. So if she finds you cute but notices that you aren't giving her any attention, she might not throw you any IOIs, thinking you're not interested, or maybe not wanting to seem too into you (even though most guys can't read even the biggest indicators).
