Not enough power and energy - any workout tips?

Hi all,

First time actually having sex regularly, and I have this problem of getting soft while doing, well, any position too intensely.
ESPECIALLY when she’s like 70% close to cumming, and I wanna give her that final push, and then my ass, legs and ab muscles are burning up and I’m in actual pain lmao.
That’s also when my dick goes soft and that’s never good. 8 out of 10 times I end up having to use my fingers and mouth to make her cum (several times of course to make up for it)
There’s just too many recommendations for exercises out there so I thought I’d ask people who actually know their stuff.
Personally I figured I’d do strength training (push pull legs split) and some treadmill on rest days.
I wanna be able to fuck my girl in that standing carry position and make her cum her brains out.

Any suggestions? What are some exercises that really helped you personally?

Well there is strength (low rep squats and deadlifts, like sets of 5, which are good testosterone boosters)... But it sounds like endurance is more the issue, which is more high rep stuff, like 12-15 or more.

For standing carry, maybe stuff like time - under - tension, like hanging or super slow reps on a chinup bar.

If cardio stamina needs work as well, you could do something called a barbell complex, which is a real killer and would also address muscle endurance.

You just take an empty 45lbs Olympic bar and perform the following sequence (or there are other sequences out there too) before putting the bar down. First 8 reps each, then rest, then 7 reps each, rest, repeat down to 1 rep each.

Deadlift
Straight leg deadlift
Bent over row
Clean (I skip this... Injury risk)
Front squat
Push press
Squat
Good morning (bow)

It's really challenging

Never done any exercises specifically for sex, but I've found that finding good balanced positions, really relaxing my body and letting out every ounce of muscle tension while focusing on moving efficiently, helps me to go longer.

If you can maintain a consistent rhythm with solid power that never lets up, it's probably going to be just as effective for making her cum compared to jackhammering, and when you're balanced it's a lot easier to tweak the speed/power up just enough, rather than going all out and gassing when she starts getting close.

I don't really do the standing carry though, I much prefer positions where she's on the bed and I'm on top/behind.

Yes definitely, since I’m very much an amateur I’m still learning which angle of penetration is best, what muscles I can relax, how much I can lay on top of her, how to grind my hips and stuff.
I tried what is basically twerking while penetrating her lmao. But one thing is for sure, smacking on to her clit is paramount, it doesn’t even need as much forceful penetration I’ve noticed.
I go by intensity and strength of her moans to guide me, but man after 3 times (I never finished) I just didn’t have any power in my legs left hahaha.

Just gotta hit the gym and put in the work! I do that anyway but I’m gonna stop ignoring my legs as much.

I like the standing carry because A. I love the inital reaction and the moans are really intense from the get go. Regarding doggy I still need to find the proper angle and thrusting motion, as I said I am very new to actual proper fucking. Hey Francis, thanks for the full on workout regimen! Low reps is exactly what I’m doing. My lifts have been going up non stop since I switched to high weight low reps Reverse Pyramid Training.

That sequence looks challenging af! I guess I can give it a try, haha. Thanks again! And I won’t forget to get enough sleep!

Enjoy! Yeah it's more a supplement to the heavy lifting, almost like cardio day. But it would probably be really hard to do it while increasing your main stength lifting. Might be a little much in total to recover from. The soreness is real! Might help to do for a few weeks though if you need extra muscle endurance work.

Are you doing some kind of weird position?

Gotta be able to switch out between energy-intensive positions and less demanding ones.

Like, if you're doing the "lift her butt up with her legs over your shoulders" position, you are going to tire out quick.

If you are giving it to her doggy but she's really short you are going to end up having to spread your legs out farther to lower yourself down and again you are going to tire out after a while.

Like the other guys said, you should just be doing exercise to get stronger in general.

Try doing a few sets of close squats to failure every other day first thing in the morning:


That will strengthen your legs and back quick.

Also, have some positions you can switch to that won't tire you out, like this one:
