Obsession over a certain type of girl...

Hey Guys,

me back again after a while, with a general question.
Firstly, I am a relative "beginner" in the art of seduction.

Right, here's my question: How do I deal with my obsession over a certain type of girl, when I'm trying to meet and connect with that type of girl ?

For example, I am very much into asian women, and generally speaking, small and very petite women (of any race). (I'm a white guy myself, by the way). If on top of these things, I can see that such a girl/woman has a bit of a shy, introverted personality, perhaps being an overall sweetie pie as well, then inwardly I simply go ape shit !!! My heart starts racing and I immediately start obsessessing over such a girl, thinking "I must have her!!" Then I fumble for words, stare at them, and basically become everything but smooth. I realize that this is detrimental to picking them up.
Usually, especially given the delicate nature of this type of girl's personality, (and even more so with asian girls of this type :-/ ), they seem to close themselves off from me, simply (I'm guessing) for seeing such a strong reaction in me and probably being overwhelmed by it. From there on, it's mostly no chance with those girls. (which gets utterly frustrating after a while, believe me guys...)
Add to that the fact that I'm very much an introvert myself and therefore generally struggle a bit to communicate with ease (even though I genuinely like and care about people!), and I've got a serious dilemma at my hands, which so far I've been unable to solve. :-(

So, any thoughts on this, especially by the more experienced and/or similar (to me) individuals here, would be very much appreciated !!!

Its alright to like a certain type of woman; there's nothing wrong with that. You should try to branch out more from just asian women though. And I too had anxiety around women at first. What I learned from trial and error is that you can almost say anything to a girl. It doesnt matter so much about what you say, but more about how you hold yourself. If you speak with confidence, stand up straight, and look a girl in the eyes, those shy girls will start dropping their panties. Of course, it does help if you are a smooth conversationalist and not a mumbling idiot, but you get the point. Next time youre with a girl, whether you strike out or hit a homerun, make note of what you did right and wrong so you can correct those things.

My thoughts is that if you really can't get over the obsession with asian women, small and very petite women. I suggest finding locations, asking your friends or check the websites, and get to know where asian women go. Then, the first two weeks, you sit there and not approach any women, but rather allow yourself to be familiar with asian women there.

Once you comfortable, start approaching one or two women, per day. Then the next day, increase by one, until you feel at ease.
