Okay so I have always had this issue and before anything is assumed yes I find my wife very attractive, her pussy doesn't smell and I enjoy doing it and the taste but....for some reason every time I perform the art of eating out pussy I lose my erection? To add to what John already mentioned, it's not too uncommon of a problem. I actually have a very difficult time keeping my erection up when giving oral to a girl, so I generally don't do it very often at all unless I know she's not on her period, and I'm actually in the mood for it.

Besides the methods listed above, you can also try using one hand to continually stimulate your penis (as if you were masturbating) while you're going down on her. The combination of the sexual act plus the actual physical sensation on the penis is usually enough for me to stay hard. It may not work for everyone, but it's worth trying.
