Anyone have practical steps to this?
I remember when I was younger I would be excited to take on a challenge like in a video game even if I failed and got frustrated.
I guess i had a spark that made me happy.
Recently I kinda lost that, and now when I see a challenge the first thought in my head is, "if i get frustrated" is it worth the trouble to even play it" so I don't even try.
This hinders me with women as well cause i have the same though process.
