On articles about improving your voice, Chase mentions a type of "purr" that sexy men have. I would love to have this, but I have no idea how to get it. Can someone explain to me simply about how to add this to my voice?

My voice is low. Like in the movie above. But I never 'purr' by default.

Though, I discovered myself doing a purr on auto pilot last week though. Music was loud. Girl pulled me back into her as I wanted to leave and she whispered something in my ear and I responded in her ear with a purr and I was like damn... Did I just sound like that?.. But that was because I was feeling like I was on drugs with this girl, so I thought I had to be aroused or something.

But right now I'm trying to recollect what I did and just found it is like keeping my voice clear and loud (as in trying to beat loud music playing in the room), but trying to get a lower pitch than normal. Then a certain resonance in my throat causes the purr. And if I can keep hold of that sensation, I can also go back to my usual pitch, but stilll purr on some words. Very interresting discovery :)

That's because you were in a turned on state and the ladies are receptive to that. I noticed myself when I'm in the right state a lot of this stuff just falls into place on autopilot.

I actually just joined these boards when I saw this topic. Out of all the things that I have mastered thanks to Chase( such as being better socially, taking a beautiful girl home in twenty minutes, etc.) this has proven to be the hardest for me. If anyone could offer some insight into how to add this purr to your everyday voice it would be much appreciated.

Do voice exercises. Look at http://www.luvvit.com/college/media/voice.html for examples. Also, read poetry out loud in a dramatic fashion, as it will help you develop the articulation needed to achieve this effect in everyday speech (see http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rJh1naXOU9Q). These will help you deepen your voice, and also to add a purr.
