How would you go about making girls go through emotional highs and lows?

And creating an emotional roller coaster for her.

I find taking the piss works quite well - but you have to be calibrated so it's not offensive. I try to keep this vibe going on most of the time, so i call her out on things she says/does, a recent example I can think of...

[Her] Knocks her drink over by accident
[Me] (straight face) "I'm seriously going to have reconsider where I take you, this is pretty embarrassing I don't want you getting me a bad reputation". Hold eye contact, then smile and lean in and kiss her. Then (smiling) "I'll get you another drink, do you want a little plastic cup with some handles on the side! You wait here, but try to keep still ok?". Then (smiling) "haha you're cute when you get embarrassed", lean in and kiss her again... etc.
