Is it against the rules to private message members for advice on this forum?
I remember seeing @Chase saying it's against the rules to message people here asking for help and guidance. But here in this post @POB encourages some posters to send private messages asking for help. Since these are both staff members saying totally different things, I'm confused what the rules here actually are.
