There really isn't any 100% way to guarantee that a girl can't get pregnant from sex, but your best bet would be ensuring that the girl is taking her pill exactly at the same time every single day. Of course, this is nearly impossible to do (although much easier if she's living with you), so it's somewhat of a moot point.
All you can really do is drastically lower the odds by wearing a condom and ensuring she takes her pill every single day at the same time. If you want to take it a step further, you can also pull out before you finish. And if you want to take it a step further than that, you can observe her period cycle and only have sex during the periods that she's the least fertile.

Well, there's coitus interruptus, but I don't suggest it. If you do it, make sure to yell out "coitus interruptus" during the act like Harry Potter.
It was actually suggested in one of the books that got banned from being apart of the Christian Bible.
I don't know how legit the Wikipedia page is, but here are the numbers from it:
Fail rate per year -- Type
15 - 28% -- Coitus interruptus
2 - 8% -- Birth control pill
10 - 18% -- Condom
My general rule is to use a condom the first few times with a woman, even if she's on the pill. Then when we become boyfriend/girlfriend, just go to the pill full-time if she's up for it, else I'm fine with continuing to use condoms.

Despite society tries to paint humans as "immoral" and that fellow humans paint others as "faith in humanity is lost" while they get what they want.
I want you to study statistics again. Now, i am not saying that the numbers are lower than the voice of this moral idiots. It is also important to know that i do not advocate anything but i really do advice you to study things, go and learn reports, do whatever best you can on safe sex, on your own. And come up with your own findings because we can tell you anything and you will still doubt it

Not trying to be an ass but i recently took a lot of time writing a post on the same thing. and when you get questioned by somebody on "stupid" things and you have to repeat a similar statement, it does get on your nerves.
On the other hand, people have different knowledge/thoughts and views.

In terms of fertility, she could be as high as 30% two weeks after her period starts or as low as 2.6% just before. Pulling out helps a lot. Morning after pills help if you go inside. Contraceptives are your best bet however.
