Hey guys ,

At the moment I'm trying to land a job in retail to help out my social skills and grow. Anyone got any insights or tips on getting one without any experience?

Most Mall/chain retail stores hire unskilled help and train them. They are looking for someone who will
Show up every day
Have good hygiene
Speaks good English
Has a pleasant demeanor
can operate a cash register or POS terminal after being trained
Is trainable

That would be my entry level approach. What ever the biggest store in your area is is going to have massive turnover. Go and get trained, get some experience and start looking for higher end opportunities. Some smaller high end merchants will poach from these bigger merchants when the owner comes in and is impressed with your appearance and demeanor.

Even better than retail is an actual Sales job. I used to sell $3000 Vacuum cleaners door to door. Getting the job required no experience. In fact, it was literally my first job ever. I only did it for a month and a half because it was a summer job (+it was 13-16 hours a day 6 days a week...so it was a bit much for me). But honestly, even that 1.5 months changed me as a person forever.

The shit you need to learn to do Sales is almost identical to seduction. The only thing that's different about sales is that you don't need to be sexual in any way (obviously!). But the rest of it is pretty much directly transferable. I highly recommend looking for something like that.

In fact, all the experienced guys who worked there also happened to be very dominant, sexy men (although I didn't know that at the time!). And I'm 100% sure it was the job that made them that way.
