I've heard different things on this. Some women (oddly) respond positively knowing you have slept with escorts, maybe because it makes you seem like a more sexual being. I'm not sure if more logical concerns like increased STD risk would even cross her thoughts from this.

I'd never admit it to someone if I slept with an escort, but I can imagine if the topic came up saying something like "Yeah, I've considered it in the past, I think a lot of guys have, but I would imagine it would just be clinical and lack passion, and that is the best part about sex" or something similar might get an attraction boost. Because it conveys that you are a passionate person in bed but also that you are open and non-judgmental about sex work. I don't know though, I've never had this conversation with someone before so don't really know how it would go down, maybe someone else who has could chime in?

A lot of time LMR is a result of a lacking in your comfort phase.

I'd guess the fact that he sat around and chatted with them for some time did more to overcome the LMR than the subject matter. That and letting her know he's fine with her leaving and doesnt keep pressing for it. The whole hookers thing seems totally tangential to what was actually working.

Telling her to leave because you go to escorts , from my point of view only communicates that you value her at the same level as a hooker . This sounds and looks very bad

I agree with @SpookyTannedMoose on how the tone of the conversation should be like .
