When I was working out in the gym yesterday, I saw a girl staring at me as I was taking a break.
I smiled at her as she returned the smile, after which I turned to go work out.
The same female looked at me again after 15 minutes, and her body language was friendly.
I was going to approach her at this point as she was looking at me, but I became too afraid and instead looked down and went away.
Any advice for overcoming the dread of approaching, brothers?
