Observations Second time almost always FAIL!

Hello,

all too often, i will see girls that i never note that she's beautiful or i can get nervous. She have seen me, or walk past me at least. I approach her the second time around (second time means walk to her after not noticing her the first time when she notice you), ALMOST ALWAYS FAIL!!!!

Any ways to counter this, especially when you do not see her the first time around, Some women do get into auto-rejection with this, so i guess it's just sometimes you miss out like this?

This is an interesting one. What do you mean by "fail"? You mean you can't find a satisfactory way of approaching, or you mean you do attempt to open her, but she blows you off before you've uttered the first sentence?
