I wanna know if a beginner can do well with ladies without any mentors or guidance or how can you help yourself with, guide yourself and become a good seducer of women? Especially when you are introvert and young. How did you do? How did you become lover of women?

I believe a mentor is always necessary. You have very narrow experience in a whole lot of things as a beginner. A mentor can show you more angles, bring things to your mind you didn't even know exists. That being said here we actually mentor eachother. Of course you can. But mentors, coaches, etc. can save you time.

Yup that's absolutely right and I love it when you have coach and mentors but what if there is none like @DarkKnight pointed out that its good to have one and you should get in chat and ask questions but again different people have different styles

If you don't have one, you just do the best you can. Many men before you figured this out without mentors!
