This has happened a few times to me where I lost a lay because I didn’t notice when a girl called me for a booty call.

My phone is 100% silent for everyone. So setting a ring tone for girls who would potentially booty call you can be helpful.
I think every time I have been booty called it included at least one phone call.
I don’t recommend setting a sound for a girl’s texts, it conditions you to respond to her or at least anticipate her texts.
If you regularly call each other then this technique is not useful. I was asleep during my last booty call.
