Id like ro discuss this more and get peoples perspectives. I was working with a woman yesterday who flirts with other guys, like a lot and had a reputation for sleeping with a lot of guys from work. From being around this site, I keep quiet and listen a lot and she shows me the text messages from the guys. It happened to be a down pour and we got stuck in tye back so I figured it was a good idea to probe around. She told me some guys she hung out with tried to rape her and I believe this because my sister happens to be friends with this girl and her family is racist. So anywaus she said to the black guys onky that she wont date them but will travel and hang out with them as friends but just a flirty girl. Back to the point, I just noticed how guys started to compete for her and share her and it reminded me of how the caveman days went.

Lets say that woman were free to be sexually liberated, the end result of rapes from guys who she isnt.interested in and so on doesnt seem like a better reality for woman than it is now where they are sexually repressed? Its almost like this allows them to have more rights and freedoms when they arent seen as sexual beings. Then again say if you are alone with this girl and allow her to be completely open thats would be a better way to do it. As in a perfect world woman would be able to be sexually liberated and respected for who they are. What if society was supposed to happen this way? As some of the reading I have done shows that some of the studies from tribes that are away from modern living show that the head guys still have the prettiest wife, and the lesser men end up killing each other to have their chance with another woman. For example, a man killed a guy and had kids with his wife then the brother of the deceased seeked revenge and killed that man and had kids with that mans wife and so on and so forth. Then other tribes it was seen as normal for every man to have sex with the woman then the families raised the child. So we talk a lot about being primitive like animals, and how our pasts and lower brains show.us more animalistic ways. Then we have the argument that we havent really changed just the tools we use. Even though the lower parts of the brain over rule the logical brain we still have the logical brain that seperates us from the animals. Also they breed animals to become.more domesticated and away from the more aggresive behaviours. What if humans do the same thing as society changes. Then again you can look at high society as a sole king with more choices and then the ghettos as the lesser people killing each other and fighting over resources. Its a lot to talk about and I can wuestion forever. But in all this where do we draw the line? Is it ok the way society does things today or should woman.become fully sexually liberated and seen as male counterparts? With relationships its still seen that men should be dominant? What do you guys think about this topic? Its just weird to see that all these men started competition over this one girl because they knew she was sexually liberated and saw her as being interested in all of them.

Actually those articles have sparked my curiosity. It states we should be more open with our caveman ways. Mu question is though. That what if we do go back.to that. Would the murder rate go up again or not. Would men fight and.murder for status? Or is the whole belief system that this century of monogamy a good thing? Maybe I missed part of the point in his second article written where he kind of.touches base with these questions. Is it a good or bad thing though if we didnt have a belief like this and some.dont?

It is quite a complex topic, you could probably write several good books about it. We have to look at humans history, at hierarchy of current society, brain structure of men and women, and so on. A couple of brief points:

1. Early humans used to live in small groups, say 20 to 150 people. Men used to hunt, they were out for days, they risked their lives fighting predators. These small groups used to have leaders, Alpha males - the strongest, fastest, most experienced... This guy, of course, got the best females. He didn't ask them if they want him, he just ravished them and no other guy said a word. There were always fights for leading position, younger and stronger were challenging older and weaker. Once the older guy got beat up, new leader came in. Now the best women were his - he ravished them the way he wanted, never ask them if they want him or not...

Those clans were also fighting between each other. One clan overwhelmed the other, beat or killed all the men and took over their women. The women were ravished again, no one asked them if they like it or not. Throughout our history women were placed to submissive position while men were in dominant. Who knows how long this scenario lasted. Several hundreds of years, millions...?


2. Our past influenced our brain structure. Men were fighting, they had to be out in a wild, focused, quiet, they had to be physically fit to survive and to capture pray. They only used minimal words to communicate, but over time they were developing better and better tools, and better strategies. Men are better at physical fights/sports, orientation in space, in planning and executing plans, in structure, in dominating others and so on.

Women stayed home with offspring, they were together all day long. They couldn't talk for hundreds of thousands of years at first, because the anatomical structure and brain power weren't there yet, but they were able to read body language and communicate otherwise. Much later on they were able to talk all day long, talk about more abstractive things, and probably about all the men out there too. Women are much better at talking, much better at relationships, much better at reading body language... They didn't have to keep focused on one thing, they can easily multi-task much better than men. They can talk about many different things at the same time...


3. Evolution kicked in some 40-60 thousands of years ago a. Added new features to humans; our brains evolved rapidly in recent past. We began to talk; functioning of neocortex was added to the "old" brain. Thanks to it we now have much better tools, better strategies to hunt, better communication skills, much higher IQ... No longer humans have to hunt, they can easily gather animals instead, they can start farming... Because of higher IQ we also became more social, more empathetic to others...

With new IQ and understanding of things, we slowly began to understand that hurting other humans is not really good. We began to understand that men and women are equal, although they play different roles in society...


4. Regardless the neocortex, we still have the old primitive brain that was evolving for millions of years. The old brain is full of emotions, dominance and submission, the brain full of anxiety and primitive survivor, the brain of anger and desire to dominate other males and females, the brain that learned to submit to stronger males over millions of years...

The new neocortex can give humans empathy, it can give us understanding, it can make rules and law. It tells us that men and women are equal because that is the right thing... But the old primitive brain doesn't really care, it is still there, the implanted memories from the past will be there for many thousands of years...


As a result of history and the brain structure we have today, women remain naturally submissive to males. There is a huge emotional connection between women who gets overwhelmed by dominant male. Neocortex can keep telling her that it is not fair, that she doesn't like dominant males because they are wrong, but those emotions are much stronger than reason and logic.

Even though times are different, there is always some type of respect, perhaps even fear for the dominant (Alpha) male. Male who comes and takes away from others what he wants, man who ravages other women, man who steps into others man's way, man who is physically stronger and more fit, man who is not afraid to dominate and lead... The neocortex may not register it all the time as it is filled with "equal" rights, but the old primitive brain is very much aware of all those emotions...

There are a lot of implications of this. You can see it for example when "white race" took over other races - many guys who are not white just feel dominated by white males even today. They feel inferior to white race. They want to "equalize" it in their neocortex, and many times they just go overboard...

You can see it at wars, when men from Site A attack Site B (e.g. Germany vs. France and Britain). Male from Site B are fighting to death for their survival and protection of their families, while females from Site B are fucking voluntarily their brains out with males from Site A. Neocortex says that it doesn't make any sense at all. Old primitive brain says it is very easy to understand – just submit to the dominant male the same way as our ancestors used to submit for millions of years...

You can see the war of new and old brains everywhere around. You can see nice and great guys who are logically perfect fit for nice girls, but they are being pushed into they background, they are being rejected. At the same time you can see many great girls fucking with assholes, guys who don't give a damn about them, guys who ravish them and then dump them... Does it make sense to the neocortex? It doesn't make any sense. But it makes a lot of sense to the old primitive brain...


5. The new (neocortex) logical "equality" brought a lot of depression to our current society. Men are brainwashed by society to behave like Nice Guys, to be "equal" to women, to be respectful, nurturing and providing, organized, understanding ... Of course it all sounds great, to logical brain it makes perfect sense to be "equal". The guy really thinks he is doing great when he takes care of women, when he voluntarily places her on position that only men held for such a long time.

The problem is, he can't get laid with this behavior. He always gets dumped and he doesn't even have a clue why. He can't get laid because woman's primitive brain stills crave for that dominant asshole who ravishes her, who fucks her brains out, and he is just not that type of guy... He can't get laid so he becomes frustrated, angry, pissed, but because of the law - the same law he helped to create with his logical neocortex - doesn't allow him to see the women "below" him, he gets eventually depressed. He is this great guy now, he does everything the right way, he is a hero and protector of girls, he is smart, he has great equality in his righteous mind – except he just can't get laid...

And the women are also "equal" now. Of course, she is all happy to be equal, to have the same rights as men have – but only in her neocortex, in her logical thinking. In her old emotional brain she still desires that dominant male who comes and ravishes her, she has that emotional need to submit…

But there are no dominant males anymore; all the males are now "equal". She also gets frustrated because none of the "equal" man really makes her happy. In reality they suck, they make her unhappy, she can wipe her feet on them, she can disrespect them – and they still running after her apologizing, begging for more attention... So she starts complaining about why there aren’t any real men, and at the same time she is demanding more and more “equal” rights for herself…


So what is good on this story for the rest of us? Well, the story is that if you can’t get laid you are too nice. You are too weak, too mellow; too understanding, too carrying. You have minimal dominance in you, if any at all, because you are too equal. Your new mind is so screwed up that you are still feeling bad for woman who dumped you and who is now fucking some loser; you are still making excuses for her, you are still apologizing to her, you are still hoping that she will come back after she gets tired of that loser. Your new mind is so screwed up that you still voluntarily want more rules and laws to protect the same women from all the losers out there who dominate her and fuck her, and whom she loves just because of that. Your new mind is so fucked up that it doesn’t even see who the real loser is…

I like that. Whats interesting, and has me questioning things is, what if we always had the logical neocortex of the brain. Until we created the tool of language, we didnt.really start using it. Look at ancient times the traps that we as humans created. What if when the cavemen smacked a girl over the head and sau dragged her back.just didnt know any better because he didnt have the tools to communicate with her. We have drawings in caves, so who is to say it never was always their in previous times? Its just interesting to see how people think and react, I had a conversation with a woman who is my ex now, who loved to.have logical talks about the universe and how people think. Then again I sat beside a woman on an.airplane and her life was her family and jesus. I questioned this qomans beliefs like dont you ever wonder this and this. Well I had her drinking by the end of the flight and I thought she was about to cry.... she clearly repressed a lot of her feelings and thoughts.

A lot of people are just comfortable being in rhe same spot being a sheep. So my point here is, what if it was never meant to be any different? If we were all the same and thought the same, the world would be dull. Almost like it needs the sheep as much as it needs the black sheep and the shepherds to exist. If we were all rich someone would clearly have to be richer there always has to be a leader to follow. Just like looking at studies on lumosity, we train parts of the brain as we train.muscles if we stop we lose our top perfomance. What if ever thing could be learned, and unlearned as they are starting to realize in neuroscience, and the book talent is overrated. Its a tough topic but I cant stop thinking about it. Although, like some.of the articles ive read by chase where he described.people not being hungry enough. Ive tried to help people become hungry but they wont be, what causes us to become.more hungry than another person?

Drck its also interesting to talk about the white night complex that you were describing, and also interesting if you ever read casanovas memoirs that, even in the victorian era people really had that thought process but also a lot of guys were like casanova he was just hungrier than they were to get what he wanted. So where do we draw the line between it being a good thing and a bad thing.

Female just had to give in to stronger and more dominant male, she had no choice.

New age came, we developed communication skills, empathy, social living, society... We created rules to protect females, we gave them equal rights. We no longer accept one Alpha male who gets it all, now the power is more shared, Alphas are becoming antique. There is also less need to fight, less need to struggle for survival. We have food in stores, if we get hot we put air-condition on. We became lazy, too comfortable, too weak, too fat, we have no muscle mass, our testosterone levels are much lower... We are lesser men than we used to be. Women don't like that kind of weak and comfortable men, they don't want men who easily submit. Their new brain says it is ok, that such man is desirable, but their primitive brains wants real men, they crave real, strong and dominant males who dominated them for millions of years...

Man wants to naturally protect his females and family, so he has to fight in order to survive and spread his genes. Normal man becomes protector, white knight. Female is naturally submissive to more dominant males as she also need to survive and spread her genes. She was suppressed for so much time, logically she wants to be free, independent of man.

But males remain primitive as far as relationships is considered. They still want to chase, it is just in our blood to chase. Chasing feels good. But men are not stupid, they know they can't chase physically, they don't want to go to jail - they just chase otherwise, calling her, texting her, showing up at places where she is....

Women are much smarter, they know that men are naturally chasers, and they know that men can no longer chase them, at least not physically. So she simply switches her brain, she can easily rejects chasers and they can't do anything. They just suffer, they want to spread their genes but are unable to do so...

But woman has her needs. Her need is to have a child, spread her genes. She needs sex, and she loves sex, except that thanks to society she cannot be perceived as a slut. She may chose men who don't chase because she has many choices and those who don't chase are very rare, or she may give in to chaser who is more dominant, who chases her for so long and so intensively that she just gives up... Dominance and persistence, showing strong interest in her - after all the evolution - is still very attractive.

So what are implications of that? Well, if the guy is smart he will use both of his brains. He will become physically strong (does lifting weights sound bell yet...???), he will become more dominant and leading, physically and mentally. He will have a spine, be independent, he will have a strong frame and never falls for women's feelings. He needs to be achiever, motivated, focused, ambitious, perhaps even aggressive and/or asshole. He should always have strong desire for sex, he should always push for it with no hesitation and no apology. This is good enough for primitive brain.

For the new brain, well, he needs to be more friendly, more open, more optimistic. He can't really chase that much. He needs more empathy, decent communication skills, he should have social group, friends. He should understand how women think, what they want and desire. He should take care of himself, have some finances, knowledge, social power and influence, and so on....

I think I read an article saying that our civilization actually might be older than we believed. New ways to date the carbon if I find the article ill post it.

However, I agree for the most part, I am starting to notice that. I was thinking about this last night. Think of Amsterdam. Some woman are professional prostitutes and no sexual crime exists out there. Some European countries even allowed drugs to be done in certain areas and if they died in.the parks they would just clean it up. However too much of a good think creates peer pressure. What if doing drugs became.the norm wouldnt society crash eventually? What if all woman were completely sexually liberated wouldnt people become defensive over certain woman?

Its just different to see as I have noticed a few things. In the recent article, about sluts it kind of made sense though as I recently dated a girl who would just get up and walk away at any drama and move on. She would alsi hit on guys in front of me and I neede that experience so it didnt bother me anymore and gave me the power to walk away. However, especially in the united states, I see a lot of men chasing woman. They get a sort of entitlement, like I had a flight attendant who was a model, and became.my friend say carry my bag down the stairs. I was like lol no? So a guy did it for her and she was like hmph. So the answer would be, who cares continue on with your life and goals and eventually you will find someone who.likes to chase you instead of have things handed to her. Its almost like two conflicting systems.

In my opinion, America and American women are little bit different. Women were given too much power by men. Women became entitled because of weak men who allowed them to do what they want, and now the same men suffer. Lots of those women became feminists. They are self-sufficient, they can make enough money to live without men. They don't need men as they used to for millions of years. And as if it wasn't good enough, they want more and more, they are just too entitled. Is it good or bad? What do I know. It is good for the woman, but not good for family, not for the men. It is still different at other places, for example in Europe. You can still find a good women, and some form of chasing is still acceptable, you can chase and she is still respecting you...

I am a man, so I have to worry about myself, I could care less if it sounds selfish. I put several women on a pedestal before, and I will never do it again. It is exactly as described, you put her on a pedestal and she will dump you. She will forget you and you will be miserable. That is just how it is. But I don't really see it as woman's fault. She doesn't really want to be on a pedestal. They are setting up themselves for failure and rejections, they can't overcome that anxiety of approaching because she is just way above them on the pedestal. Also, I'm not sure if I understand what you mean by 'sexually liberated women'. To view it simply, woman is always woman, and if she is good looking there will always be some guys after her. One way or another, regardless what freedom or rights she has...

In ideal world, there would be no sexual aggression. No wars, no fights, no hate, no anger... But we don't live in an ideal world, we live in fucked up world. There is always difference between how things SHOULD BE and how THEY ARE.
When a person is idealist - usually when he is young and full of optimism - he always fights for the "how world SHOULD BE". He then goes and fights and fights. In order to make the world better place he makes it for many others miserable because they don't fit into his "SHOULD BE" view. The others than fight back because they see that the World SHOULD be different place. Once he matures enough though, he just says "oh fuck it, it is what it is". He then he goes and enjoys himself, spreads the joy and happiness around, no fighting is needed, no idealism is desired... That is just an opinion.

I wouldn't worry much about the second group. I would worry about those "SHOULD BE" idealists. Unfortunately there are always enough fools who in order to create this World better place don't hesitate to wipe the others from its surface...

I'll try to come back to that "hunger"...

From certain point of view, as far as seduction women are always lying. I don't mean it in a bad way, that is just what she does to protect herself while causing the least damage to the guy who is after her. If she doesn't want to sleep with you or date you, she will tell you she has a BF (or she is busy, ...) even if she doesn't have any. She knows that most guys back away when they see she has a BF. Most girls won't tell you "no, I am not interested", they just keep you on the hood while they let it "fade away". It is not really that they keep a guy on the hook, the guy keeps on it himself, voluntarily, he just refuses to leave when she does nothing for him... On the other hand, if she likes you she may deny her current BF or Husband as you are describing, she just wants to have fun because the current BF is so boring...

What is "hunger" is probably very difficult to describe. A person can have a deficiency in some area, he feels weakness and it has an emotional impact on him. He then tries to compensate it, many times even overcompensate it in the same or different area.

For example, a guy might be smaller than most other guys, and this gives him feelings of insufficiency and weakness, which causes him emotional distress. So he wants to compensate it in some area. Obviously he cannot "grow" couple of inches, but he can prove others that he is as good as the others by excelling in some sport. Or he may become a general, commanding other guys (e.g. Napoleon) to show them superiority. If the person is unable to remove the emotional of distress or compensate it somehow, he will remain "hungry" for achievement.

Similarly, if somebody is comfortable in his skin it is probably quite difficult to excell. For instance, I know a lot of bright people with high IQ, but because they didn't have any "hunger" to excel in any area they just ended up working average or even below average jobs.

A few points I'd raise:

• The neocortex is actually a signature of mammals, not humans alone. More and more language precursors are being found in far-flung mammals... increasingly it's appearing that we don't have a whole lot that's out-and-out "new" compared to other organisms, we're just doing things a little bit different from some of them are.

Amusingly enough, Sir John Glubb lists a number of examples of declining societies that continued to squabble amongst themselves even as powerful outside forces gathered to invade or exterminate them in his wonderful "The Fate of Empires."

• Be careful when prescribing for others what the "logical choice" would be (like, "logically, women ought to choose nice guys"). This kind of logic usually relies on an incomplete picture of the situation, like saying, "Logically, nice guys should go for ugly girls - they're of little flight risk and won't be too demanding." In fact, the logical choice for a woman is to select the most desirable man who will stick around for her and provide for her that she can get. However, unless she lies at one of the extremes in desirability - breathtakingly desirable and wanted by all men, or horrifyingly ugly and deformed and avoided by all men - she finds herself in the ambiguous middle, and there's no way to figure out what caliber of man she can actually hold onto until she tries. These less desirable men will chide her to learn from the experiences of her sisters who've come before her, but that's kind of like me telling you not to try to be a multimillionaire because other guys like you have tried and failed. If you want to do it, you might as well try and find out for yourself on your own. Worst case scenario, you settle for what you would've gotten had you listened to me anyway.

• Taking advantage of the system - in general women are better at this than men, though the men who are the BEST out there at getting laid are better than any woman is, and there are a number of women who are far too innocent and are taken advantage of much more than they are the ones taking advantage. Ineresting, I do see that woman are good at taking.advantage of the system. Especially in the post about woman who are escorts. Really if you are rich or poor these woman have been around enough men to see that they are all the same.
