Hi beginner here
so their is this girl that I use to be coworkers with when I started my job 2 years back. we got along great at my job. she was pretty cute had a big butt on her. Even thought I was chasing after another girl at the time (which I talked about on my first post "did I make the right decision") I still was interested. noting serious just something casual. one time after work she suggest we go to a casino after words. one time she message me saying that she wish I drink so that she could have a drinking buddy.(at the time i didn't drink but now I do it doing social events). so finally I work up the nerve to ask her out. I shot her a text no replay. I never brought at work because I didn't want to make a big deal. a week or so later I ask her again. and once again to reply. after that I never ask her again.
a few months later she was laid off the job. I text her a few times after words but soon she stop replying back. Then a little while later I found out that one of my coworkers had slept with her while she was working there. I wasn't mad because like I said up above I was just looking for something casual. I was just sexually frustrated that it didn't took him much effort but I had to jump through hoops. At the time I thought its because he was a better looking guy that why it came easy for him.
after talking to people and reading articles on this site. I just chalk it up to her being a flirtatious girl, expire attraction, being bad at text, not knowing how to flirt, and not moving fast. no biggie lesson learn.
she did message me again a few months back asking about the job. I didn't read to much into it I just figure she miss the job and the people their.
then just a few days ago she message me about some random event that I was interested in. like before I didn't read into it. than she starting liking some of post on Facebook. after recently trying to cut off a girl I been chasing and trying to step my game up I figure whats the harm of asking her out again worst thing she can do is say no or don't replay.
Monday I ask her if she was available for bowling this week (rookie mistake I know). she said and I quote "um Maybe". so I said " alright just let me know". Thursday I ask if she was available that night for bowling. she said "I would but I got to drop of my son at school tomorrow." (I know she has kid one reason I wanted to keep it casual). then today (which is Saturday of the same week). I text her earlier that day to see if she was available I didn't get a reply back until 6 hours later. ask her if she was wanted to get some drinks. she said she was with a friend and she didn't want to leave her. then I said "alright when you are available net week hit me up"
Here my Questions
1. Can you do an honest assessment on me. like what I did right, what I did wrong and what do I need to improve on.
2. should I be persistent a little longer or leave her alone, on to the next one
3. what can I say to her (or girls in general) to convince them to stop texting and calling me and going out on actual dates
