Hey guys, as you saw by the headline, the main girl who I approached today was a shy girl with braces on. Did one more earlier, and will go into both.

I started my fitness channel recently, and I saw a recently cute girl, though with a bit of man-ish muscles recording her set. I asked her if she was a fitness influencer, and she said no, she was recording for Olympic Weightlifting. She said she’s not from around here, and only visiting her friends, so didn’t think logistics were the best. Asked for two spots, first one, she complied, second one, she said she had to focus on her workout, and I let her be. Didn’t go for the ask, no point, compliance and logistics were terrible. Didn’t really build much of a connection with someone who i barely found cute.

APPROACH 2

Anyways, you know there is another girl I approached later. I thought she was very cute from the backside, so asked her to spot one of my sets(kinda wanted a spot just in case, but not 100% necessary.) She happily complied, and when talking to her, I got the sense that she was shy, but attracted to me, since she was holding conversation. She had braces, which were not the most appealing to me, but the way she spoke and carried herself really enchanted me for some reason. We end up talking for a few minutes, I do a quick deep dive on her career aspirations, and relate back to her, as well as tease her lightly on how “I have to be careful around her” since she wants to be a detective.

I also asked later, if she could record videos for my fitness channel. She agreed, so I finished my workout, and she agreed and helped record my videos, a major sign of compliance. Also, with this TikTok fitness channel, it gives me a reason to go up to girls, since in my head, they know angles and recordings better.

After she finished recording the videos, I asked if she wanted to get ice cream after her shift. She said she couldn’t today, but I persisted for another day, and she said she’s down anytime she’s free. I grabbed her number and went on my way. Wanted to go for insta date, but I was not waiting an hour for her to finish her workout + she had work in a few hours.

No response, but she’s at work right now. If I don’t get a response back, will call her in a couple days.

Any mistakes, or things to improve upon, especially with the texting? I did my best to throw teases about her being a detective, as well as qualifying her on being a detective. Also included a couple handclaps for touch, but not much else.

UPDATE:

She has not responded to my “nice to meet you text” yet, haven’t texted her after this. Might see her tomorrow at the gym, but is there anything that I messed up on? I know I did a basic summary, but for context, I asked for compliance multiple times, which I got, I threw in some light teases on her being a detective, I did a mini deep dive on her career aspirations, and I think I qualified, though not as much as I could have. Did not complement her physical appearance, did not see any reason to, although I did show appreciation when she complied with my requests. Anything I am missing from here?

I’ll also detail how I went for the ask?

Her: I usually just chill after my shifts.

Got the convo started by asking if she has any nye plans, she hasn’t responded.

Will try calling her in 1-2 days if she never responds.

Maybe don’t do anything and just re-seduce her from zero next time you have an opportunity to approach her in a calibrated way at the gym.

Would hate for you to freak her out with a call and then see her in the gym as you probably will see her there again.

I’ll wait a couple days, but I’m leaving in a week from the country for four months, so it’s not like I’ll be seeing her for long. Also, I got enough friends at the gym to where my social reputation will most likely be fine.

No, it took me 5-10 minutes to write this thread, haven’t really spent time thinking about her in particular, more than me wanting to improve my skills with women.

Next time that opportunity presents itself, I’m not wasting an hour waiting on a woman while I sit around and do nothing while she finishes her workout. Unless I have a really good reason for waiting I just look like a chump.
