There is one thing, which is bothering me a little. What strategy most of you are using? I mean, at one time you are working with one or more than one girl? You know, like keeping reserves, if bussiness isn't going well with particular girl.

As Drexel always says "Do what YOU want to do". If you want to date one girl go date one girl. If you want to date 3 girls go date 3 girls. Fuck what we think.
I personally don't typically keep girls around that I'm not super excited about for more than one night, even if they are good in bed. So for me personally at this point in my life I do not keep "reserves" as you say.
However if I were to meet multiple girls I was excited about I'd keep them all in my life and if I really liked one more than the others I might date her exclusively.
But choose the option you're most excited about.
