Logistics Small venue, bouncer/security problem

This small venue with many hot girls, it's been challenging a lot of the time gaming there, with 3-5 bouncers simultaneously running around the venue randomly pushing you at times to break your hook, even amoging other people's interaction happened to my wingS and I...

Pushing people, etc. lot of hot girls do go there, so it's disappointing when you lose a potential hook or have the security come up to your face threatening to kick you out, a total bitch move. But they are pushing you to damage your interaction. I ended up being friendly momentarily with the bar back/ security.... but it's very annoying but yes happened to me when I pushed his hand away when he was pushing through the crowd, they use that as their plausible deniability.

Generally, the ratio when its good is around 40% girls to 60% guys

When I first bought it up back in july, in the chat just randomly chatting with @Gunwitch, I talked to him using the back of my mind intuition. One very notable conversation is when I had this British girl hooked, successfully isolated, this faggit of security came into my interaction telling us we couldn't sit there, right I was going to run my verbals.... it broke rapport, I lost the girl

We've seen bad situation happen when a random dude coming to choke him in the middle of the street. That was a build up of a bouncer brewed up hatred, due to their jealous.

Now having back flashes of these situations
one i recall this fatass securities trying to come and break your rapport, my intuition was pretty fast back couple months ago. When they were steps away from coming, I immediately moved in a different direction with my girl, so they can fuck right off.

Befriending the security takes a bit of time, I have a few friends at different places winning them over takes a bit of time, but some are just retarded...

Escape the crowded floor to the low key floor, or to the wall where you close up 180 degrees of your vision so non of those securities can come from behind.

This is usually the last day of the weekend venue, so I'm often tired, and pretty drained from the past couple of days of gaming, and it doesn't help my vibe.

Always be happy to be hear from people with similar experiences and advises on dealing with these incidences, because if you are in city for long period/living there, you need to be extra careful of your behavior in front of these guys. Some of these people got nothing better to do, but try and pick fights to fuck you up in a malicious way.

I always try to avoid approaching next to where the bouncers are. It is very tiresome and frustrating to have to not only use your attention on girls, but also on bouncers. I almost never talk to girls next to a bouncer.

What you are experiencing, I have experienced a lot. This is why I also always "lock-in" because bouncers are more uncomfortable chimming into a locked set, then a vague non-hooked set in a transit area. If you are talking with her in a transiting area, he has suddenly more of a plausible deniability.

Now, aside from this, you only have a few options:
- Befriend the other staff to make sure you remain "secure" from potential bans. Ideally you want to befriend the manager
-More risky: you can as a preventive measure send an anonymous email about your issues with bouncers in the hope that the management fixes it. Make sure you remain precise about the situation. It is key that you mention that you have not been kicked out, but that the whole thing is starting to become annoying.

Aside from that, not much else to do.
