Social Circle Technical guide

I'm starting to go to meetups and trying to be more social. Are there any social circle game (and just generally how to act) guides out there; like comprehensive ones that cover technical aspects, what to do and how to do it?
I already know a few things such as

1. Don't only give attention to one person
2. Don't stare at women (in general daily life don't do this lol)
3. Be friendly but not overly enthusiastic or very low

But, for example, what about things like

1. How to approach a women or women (plural) you're interested in
2. How to be charismatic
3. How to increase your value among the people
4. How to move about the people
5. etc...

Don't answer these specific questions, they're just examples of what I'm looking for

Thinking about it now, I need a general guide on socializing instead of something specific to "social circle GAME".
I know there are lots of books and guides out there
