South America help wanted

So I'm a foreigner living in Buenos Aires, Argentina. While on a trip to Patagonia, the cold south of the country far from the equator, I met a slightly older woman (looks forties but is a smoker, could be thirties, I'm late twenties) at a restaurant, and we got along really well. The vibe was all there: complete with bedroom eyes, early touch, and machine-gun questions from her. The reason she was in Patagonia was for a big annual feminist event, and she's normally..guess where..Buenos Aires! At the end of the interaction I had her put her WhatsApp in my phone (nobody in Argentina uses their actual phone number). She then asked "where in the capitol do you live?" And I told her which barrio and asked her the same; turns out she's in a different barrio. Nothing a half-hour subway ride couldn't cover. I gave a brief genuine compliment to her barrio and said "nos vemos" (literally means "us we see" but is common and impersonal like "see ya later") before leaving. The reason I didn't try for a same-night smite is because I was rooming with friends, and so was she.


My questions are:

* Since I made the mistake of not explicity saying we should grab a drink or bite, do you have advice for my text sequence?
* Whose barrio should the date be in (I live with a grandparent, but it wouldn't be impossible to sneak the girl to my room)
* What kind of date shall I use?
* Since dinner is usually at around 8:00 PM in Argentina, what time can I pick to avoid a dinner date?

Aren’t love hotels common in Argentina? You could use one of those.
If money is scarce, I’d rather relay on logistics you can control… I assume you have more control over your place than hers.

I would do coffee then bar at 4 PM or so… that way you have good 4 hours to seduce her and you got the option to either close the deal before 8 PM or continue into a dinner date.

Don't wait too long!
Argentinians can seen cold, but if she gave you good signs during the first interaction it's time to push forward
Get her to a coffee shop or deli and proceed as usual
