This is other technique I've been using that is really powerful. It's better used with girls that are talking to other guys, even boyfriends if you want to (if they are alone you don't need this because, if they are trying to get your attention, there is no need to touch-play, just open her).
First, plant yourself wherever you want and start using your Stealth Eye Contact..
When a girl is talking to a guy near you, you just have to start touching her lightly (in a club/bar you can move to the groove of the music and incidentally touch her). When you make contact get your body part that is touching her away (you should use the one more convenient so you are not obvious to anyone. I really recommend trying to use your fingers because it makes it easier when you start brushing her), but keep it close and wait to see if she seeks your touch. If she doesn't (probably she would not at the start because your first touch is really short), after a little while, do it again. Give it some time after some trials because you want for her to start seeking for your touch. When she does, keep touching and after a while make it a little bolder. You will start softly rubbing that spot. This has to be very very smooth and soft so she doesn't react badly. Then you stop, and wait for her to seek your touch. If she doesn't, just keep doing what I told you before (but keep the same style of contact you are doing, do not take a step back unless you see with your peripherals that she reacts) and wait for her to touch you. You should not look at all at her. Keep looking at the point you picked up when you planted yourself.
