What’s up girls chase forum,

now that I have a linear process and can get results relatively easily day gaming. I have a newly acquired fear that the title pretty much wraps up and slaps a bow on.

The fear of losing progress.

Kind of like once upon a time where I’d hit the gym and fear taking breaks because I didn’t wanna lose strength or magically get fat.

(And now that I think about it I supplemented that fear with dieting and calesthenics.)

I fear not going out and picking up on days where it’s not possible because I don’t want to regress in skill.

As far as I know there is no dieting or calisthenic like supplement to maintain pickup ability. So to the guys who really go out and really try to progress in this hobby how do you maintain during breaks.

How long until you start experiencing what would be equated to muscle loss. I know that real muscle loss occurs about 3 weeks into a vacation from the gym. Is there something similar in pickup? Can your aptitude be easily trained back up like muscles that had been loss?

Can you really even lose your abilities in this skillset?

You cannot lose the ability. I gone through this myself. Periods that are shit. Look in my journal, i went out some days doing a dozen approaches and no contacts.

When you go through a few of these down periods you start to see a pattern. You look inwards and improve some things here and there and go out into the fire again. It takes a crisis to spur you onto fundamental change.

These sort of setbacks are temporary. Like in the gym you might plateau for a period only to scoot up to the next level. Whenever i get a setback now or a tough time with low validation and bad mood i think to myself "im looking forward to see what i will discover this time"....

I had crazy amount of this in the first few weeks. If i missed out on a single day i thought AA would come back. Remember, progress comes from overcoming adversity. Riding waves of momentum can be good, but compare it to having rest days between your workout days....

So whenever i faced resistance, that is, going for a long period without gaming that much and shaking off the rust... When you overcome these hurdles time and time again it gets easier and easier. The muscle memory returns quicker.

the right date makes getting her back home a piece of cake

Phoenix you got me amped with your replies man. Truthfully I’m in a good space right now so I believe that’s why the fear started to creep in.

Fear of Loss

Its reassuring to hear that someone who takes pride in their abilities shared my experience as well.

Thanks!

You can definitely get rusty. I'm out of practice and out of shape since Covid.
But the fundamentals of how people act and interact are always going to be there.

One thing you can do to stay sharp socially, especially if you're still WFH or still on lock down, is to talk to people online. I prefer something structured like a learning a language - but staying social and staying conversational will help when you get back to talking to chicks face to face.
