I dislocate my shoulder.

No, not that dislocate shoulder, but my socket is bit off for about a year and i didn't know.

Important thing: Don't be Hero. You want to have a better body? Do it slowly. Slowly here means doing it correctly everytime.
and warm ups are important. and i am sad.

Not saying that i can't do pull ups or carry anything, Just that's it deteriorates it.

I'm sorry to hear that Zac.

You are spot on. Everyone wants a quick fix, but true change is slow and barely noticeable.

And doing it slow is important if you do it right. A wise man told me, "Do everything right the first time". It sounds impossible. And it is impossible to be perfect 100% of the time. But you always need to strive to get as close to perfect the first time as possible.

Yea, Striving to get as close to perfect as possible. :) That's the process that gets you results.

I feel you. I herniated a disc in my lower back when I was 19 years old and the disc protruded onto my sciatic nerve. I ended up having surgery. It sucks man. Life Lesson learned I still have pain everyday from it that I have to live with.
