I recall the Team Frame being touched on, within the blog, when discussing both the female and male dominance in the relationship, along with the benefits and drawbacks of each. When having a team-dynamic relationship, what benefits (and or drawbacks) does that entitle?

The team frame is used to balance the relationship and for eliminating drama and games. I used it in my current relationship with my girlfriend and its been five months. The advantages are trust, stability, loyalty, and support. I haven't run across any drawbacks, the only one I can think of is you start trying to one up your girl. Then problems with happen, now this isn't a cure all. You still have to play your role, great sex, strong, sexy persona, and confidence.

Take care,

Just Dave

Hey Johnny M,

The "Team Frame" is established to remove the usual drawbacks that average relationships run into.

Essentially, the Team Frame is something you should always strive for so that you do not have to deal with typical relationship issues -- the only difficult part can be actually establishing that team frame if you do not know how to do it correctly.

For more information on that, check Ricardus's article here: How to Stop Playing Games (in Your Relationship)

Hey Franco,

When I first used the "Team Frame" it was when my girlfriend was being really open with me when we first got together. I find the earlier you use the better off you'll be.

My girlfriend: ...and that was high school
Me: wow, I'm happy to have such a strong woman on my side.

It doesn't have to be a tremendously built up moment, it just has to be implemented in the right way and can't seem random.
