Texting game: any good routines or books on the matter?

Hello!
Do you know/have/recommend any books/websites/resources/whatever on texting game?

I am more interested in finding routines/canned material to ask girls out on dates (specially on a 1st or a 2nd date) than on studying the fundamentals & principles of the texting game.

@ThePicker Do you know what gambits and routines are built upon? The fundamentals and principles of text game. If you don't understand and master the fundametals and principles of text game, then gambits will be a waste of your time and will not work.
