Thoughts on Kissing

Hey guys!
What are your thoughts on kissing women in certain situations that won't lead to you sleeping with her?
I read in some article by Chase that you should hold the first kiss until you're pratically in a place where things can get intimate to build up the sexual tension.
What if you're in a situation that you can go for the kiss but you know it won't lead to sex...should you do it, or hold up and make the girl crave it more?
I think the latter might lead to auto-rejection most times, but if handled properly might make a girl chase you more.
What are your thoughts on this?

If you can do it in a way that you are clearly in control - if you kiss, but always pull back and end the kiss first, and look at her confidently and mischievously, and deny her when she tries to kiss you more - you can do it in a way that builds tension and builds desire in her and makes her chase you more. If, however, you let her end the kissing, or give her as much kissing as she wants, you hand the reins of control over to her... and lose most of her interest.

So - if you can do it while remaining in control, it's a positive. If you can't, it's a negative - so make sure you're using it correctly if you choose to indulge.
