-Where to stay
Hotels are comparatively cheap. However if you're there to have fun, I'd suggest giving hostels a chance. You will be surrounded with mostly Aussie college kids and high school girls from time to time. (if that's your thing)
- Troubleshooting shit that gets in the way of your fucking in Japan
Nightlife in Tokyo can be expensive and you have to think of the logistics. The train stops around 1-2 (depending on your area) and doesn't start again until 5. Now I know people that go to pickup women at 5, but that's basically the leftovers.
Clubs usually ask for a fee before you enter, which are usually around 30 dollars that include a free drink.
So you got in a club eyefucked the girl you're interested in, drank, made out, and now ready to bone. What do you do?
Go back to your hotel with a cab? That may cost you 100 bucks, Wait until 5 or fuck in the restroom.
These might work but since you're in Japan do as the Japanese do (or just do all the Japanese)
You have your love hotels and Kareoke clubs. Some of the love hotels are pretty awesome and themed and shit and the Kareoke clubs are cramped but they give you a free drink.
Places to go for fucking and enjoying yourself
1-Roppongi, European meat market. A district filled with Euro ho's and tourists fucking each other senselessly. With cum and squirt flying around and endless gang bangs. If you're black, Japanese bitches may consider you as prey, watch your ass.
The clubs are usually filled, Lots of crappy booze accompanied by trying to avoid touching dudes while slapping your dick on ladies senselessly type of venues around .
Don't expect to talk to anyone with the noise around
Best ones I've been are the places that hold events, instead of being open 24/7 usually Japanese people that go out regularly know these places.
This is where the HB's go. Since the small crowded Euro dickfest is not gonna interest them and you will be intriguing a lot of people here.

3-Shinjuku, High class, filled with bars and rich bitches. Unless if you go to Kabukicho (red light and Yakuza only area) or Nichome (gay area)
Has a lot of great bars in it, its a tricky area but very classy.
