How is the best way to begin touching a girl you're on a date with. I've read about incidental touch, but I'm more concerned with the onset.
Personally romantic & sexual touch I am more experienced on, but it's getting to the place where I can use these touches.. i.e. my incidental touch needs to get better so that I can progress into throwing in the romantic & sexual touch throughout the course of our date.
Would it be odd to hold out my hand when first meeting outside the venue for her to grab as we walk in together? (for compliance & getting initial touch out of the way)
What about if she is already at the venue & I cannot do the above, how is the best way to begin touch at the onset?
I can be pretty bold if needed at the start, but I'm not sure what's too far (for instance holding her hand & kissing on the cheek like they do in Europe).
