I'm very fascinated by this but still have a lot of questions:

Is the idea to schedule a deep tissue massage or to use a roller when you experience emotional stress (as well as physical stress)? How often?

How do you find trigger points easily, what do they feel like, how do you know it's a trigger point?

Any other tips for incorporating this into a habit or even a routine?

Any personal experiences or anecdotes of this helping you?
